Our three suites – The Grand Quee Suite, The Quee Suite & Martin Grove Suite are based inside Lordswood Leisure Centre which is set in 14 acres of beautiful woodland surroundings in the garden of England – Kent.
The venue is located in Chatham within the Medway towns, both the M2 and M20 motorways are only a short 10 minute drive away.
We believe that Weddings do not have to cost a fortune so our pricicing reflects our beliefs. If you are looking for an affordable Kent Wedding Venue then The Quee Suites would be a great option for your special day.

Housed inside Lordswood Leisure Centre, we offer 3 beautiful yet affordable function suites.
The Martin Grove Suite & Quee Suite provide a large space suitable for up to 150 guests whilst the largest suite, The Grand Quee Suite tops this by offering a capacity of up to 500 guests.

Martin Grove Suite
Perfect for up to 150 guests
The Martin Grove Suite is located on it’s own floor ensuring you have total privacy throughout your Wedding. It boasts a neutral decor that is beautifully complemented by the integrated mood lighting that can be set to match your chosen colour or theme.
Optionally, hirers can choose to have silk lined walls for that extra luxury feel.
The suite is also fully air-conditioned, perfect for those warm summer Weddings!
The
Quee Suite
The Quee Suite can be found on the ground floor ensuring the easiest possible access. A 40ft x 40ft interior marquee lines the suite leading up to a single point pitched roof complemented by a crystal chadelier.
The suite also features integrated mood lighting that uplights the walls of the marquee in your choice of colour.
The
Grand Quee Suite
The Grand Quee Suite is the largest of the 3 suites. It has a capacity for up to 500 guests however the room can be divided and sectioned off if required. The divider can be set at 1/5 or 1/3 of the room – great for separating your day and your evening areas.
Inside the suite is a giant 105ft x 55ft marquee adorned by 3 crystal chandeliers. The suite also has it’s own internal mood lighting system that uplights the marquee walls in your choice of colour.
The floor of the suite can be entirely covered with a neutral grey carpet as an optional extra.
Your Ceremony
Licensed for Civil Ceremonies & Wedding Ceremonies
Since 2014 we have been licensed to host your ceremony in one of 6 areas in and around the venue.
Our most commonly chosen setting for ceremonies is our Garden Marquee or our garden lawns however you can also have your ceremony in any of our suites or our Starlight room located near the Martin Grove Suite.
Keeping your ceremony and your evening reception all in one venue means that your guests only have one location to travel to in the day and it can also make the entire day much more affordable and stress free.

The Lordswood Wedding Fayre is taking place at Lordswood Leisure Centre on Sunday 5th February 2023 at Lordswood Leisure Centre, North Dane Way, Lordswood, Chatham, Kent, ME5 8YE.
It is FREE to attend.
We highly recommend pre-registering your entry online to speed up your entry, it’s quick and simple to do online.
Doors open at 10.30am and close at 3pm.
There will be a range of Kent based Wedding suppliers in attendance who will be there to talk to you about the many services they all offer.
