What are the centre opening hours?
We temporarily have new opening times, we will be open:
Monday – Friday – 7am until 1pm and 4pm until 9pm
Saturday – Sunday – 8am until 1.30pm
What are the christmas opening times?
This year our opening hours are:
Christmas Eve – 7am – 1pm
Christmas Day – CLOSED
Boxing Day – CLOSED
27th December – 8am- 1.30pm
28th – 30th December – 9am – 5pm
New Year’s Eve – 9am – 1pm
New Year’s Day – CLOSED
2nd January onwards – Normal opening hours
What time are the gym sessions?
Weekdays:
7.15 am – 8.15 am
8.45 am – 9.45 am
10.00am – 11.30am
12.00pm – 1.00pm
4.15 pm – 5.45 pm (including junior gym)
6.15pm – 7.45pm
8.00pm – 9.00pm
Weekends:
8.15 am – 9.45 am
10.15am – 11.45am
12.15pm – 1.15pm (including junior gym)
How do i book a gym session or virtual fitness class?
You can book gym sessions or virtual fitness classes online, via the phone or via e-mail.
If you’d like to book online, simply visit our website (www.lordswood-leisure.co.uk) and on the home page you’ll see the buttons to access both the booking systems and instructions on how to get booked in.
